To provide this individualized service, to respect your valuable time and the time of our other patients; we operate on a dedicated reserved appointment time basis.
This permits us to run on schedule – something we know all our patients appreciate.
Occasionally, a dental emergency causes us to run behind. We attempt to keep these disruptions to a minimum, but emergencies do not always follow a planned schedule.
To be fair to all of our valued patients, we are serious about the cancellation of reserved appointments without sufficient notice.
Some months are very popular for dental appointments including March break and the pre-Christmas season. During these very busy times if you have a reserved appointment, we need a minimum of 2 weeks notice for a cancellation, otherwise 48 hours is required.
