Porcelain Veneers

Veneers are used to enhance dental aesthetic concerns.

Veneers are custom made thin porcelain bonded (glued) to teeth. Commonly seen on front teeth; veneers are used to repair chipped, decayed, stained, or mechanically worn teeth as well as to close diastemas (gaps) between teeth.

Veneers are a two stage process – preparation and insertion once the lab has made them. At the insertion appointment the veneers are bonded, finished and adjusted to fit your bite.csi01

Follow-up appointments ensure everything is working well. If you are a bruxer, then a night guard is needed to prevent damage to the veneers. This applies to implants and other complex dentistry as well.
